Welcome to Ah, Zapad! («we,» «our,» or «us»). By accessing or using our website and services, you («User,» «Coordinator», «Dikari Ticket Holder») agree to be bound by these Terms of Service («Terms»). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.

Account Registration & Google Authentication

To use our platform and register a group, you must register an account.

  • We use Google OAuth («Continue with Google») solely to securely authenticate your identity.
  • Registration requires you to provide an accurate phone number and email address.
  • You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Group Coordinator Responsibilities

By creating an account and group, you represent that you are acting as a designated Group Coordinator for an upcoming event.

  • You assume full administrative and operational responsibility for the group of individuals you register or manage through this platform.
  • You guarantee that all registration details and group member details provided to us are accurate and up to date 1 day before the start of the event.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all group’s fees are paid for 1 day before the start of the event

Communications & Campground Internet Limitations

By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive operational communications from us:

  • Transactional and Operational Messages: We will send you transactional notifications (such as billing receipts and payment confirmations) and operational updates regarding the event via email.
  • Urgent Phone Contact: Because our event takes place at a campground venue with highly limited internet connectivity, email may not be viable during the event. You agree that we may call or text your provided phone number for urgent pre-event logistics or immediate group-related issues during the live event.

Fees and Payments

All fees for event registrations must be paid in accordance with the pricing and schedules displayed on our platform.

  • Full refund in case the event is cancelled by us.
  • Additional refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis. See contact information below.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing fraudulent contact information.
  • Attempting to breach server security, bypass authentication measures, or disrupt server operations.
  • Using the platform to scrape data or distribute malicious software.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ah, Zapad! and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, event cancellations, or communication delays caused by campground network outages or limited cellular reception.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that harms event operations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the «Last Updated» date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
