Slet Rules & Campground Guidelines<\/span><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Please help us keep the Slet welcoming, safe, and enjoyable for everyone by following these rules.<\/p>\n

  • Anyone who disrupts public order \u2014 especially while under the influence of alcohol \u2014 may be subject to disciplinary action, including removal from the Slet and, if necessary, involvement of law enforcement. Individuals who violate these rules may not be invited to future Slets.<\/li>\n
  • If a conflict arises, please do not attempt to resolve it on your own. Contact a member of the organizing committee. In an emergency, call 911.<\/li>\n
  • Open campfires are strictly prohibited. Gas fire pits are available for $20, including a large propane tank. Only gas or charcoal grills are permitted.<\/li>\n
  • The maximum speed limit within the campground is 5 mph. Please drive carefully \u2014 there are many children around, including your own!<\/li>\n
  • Parents are responsible for the supervision and safety of their minor children.<\/li>\n
  • Parking is permitted only in the designated outer parking area. Vehicles may enter the campground briefly for loading and unloading with a valid group pass. Vehicles parked in violation of these rules may be towed.<\/li>\n
  • All-Terrain Vehicles (ATVs) and motor scooters are not permitted within the campground.<\/li>\n
  • Please camp only in the campsite assigned to you by the organizing committee.<\/li>\n
  • Help keep the campground clean. Dispose of all trash in the designated dumpsters. Trash bags are available from the organizing committee.<\/li>\n
  • The use of any amplified sound equipment is prohibited throughout the Slet, including portable speakers, car audio systems, and any other sound amplification devices.<\/li>\n
  • Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM throughout the campground.<\/li>\n
  • Please keep singing and musical instruments at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb neighboring campsites.<\/li>\n
  • The organizing committee and campground management have the final authority in determining acceptable noise levels.<\/li>\n
