Information We Collect and Process

We only collect data that is strictly necessary to manage group registrations and ensure event safety.

  • Google Authentication Data (One-Time Token): When you use the «Continue with Google» button, we use the Google OAuth 2.0 service solely for identity verification. We do not have ongoing or persistent access to your Google account or data. We only receive a standard, secure JSON Web Token (JWT) at the moment of login, from which we extract and store your unique Google user ID, email address, name, and profile picture URL.
  • Group Coordinator Contact Information: We collect and securely store your phone number because you are acting as a group coordinator responsible for your attendees.
  • Dikari Ticket Holders: We collect and securely store your phone number because Dikari coordinator may need to contact you when Internet access is no longer available at the event.
  • Server Logs: Like most online services, our servers automatically collect standard HTTP access logs and system debug logs to maintain security and troubleshoot technical issues.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly for operational, transactional, and emergency purposes related to the event:

  • Operational Emails: To send you critical event updates, logistics, and planning information.
  • Transactional Emails: To send automated receipts, payment confirmations, and account updates.
  • Urgent Phone Communications: To reach out directly regarding urgent pre-event issues. Because our campground venue has limited internet access during the event, we will use your phone number as our primary method to reach you immediately if an urgent issue arises regarding your group.
  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to shield your data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. Your Google profile details and phone number are stored securely on our servers.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We only share information with your explicit consent or when legally required to do so. Your Google user data is strictly utilized internally within the app and is never shared with external marketing or advertising platforms.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data by reaching out to our team.

  • Upon receiving a manual deletion request, we will permanently purge your Google JWT data and phone number from our active production databases within 14 days.
  • Residual data contained within encrypted server backups cannot be selectively destroyed immediately; however, these backups naturally expire and are securely overwritten within 30 days of your request.
